Stop developers from building houses that don't follow the MLPA master plan
The traditional bungalow at 991 Courtenay Dr NE will be torn down by developers and will be replaced with a $3M+ "MODERN" OVERSIZED house with a FRONT FACING GARAGE which goes against the MLPA master plan. The developers building oversized homes for the property size are destroying the character and charm of our neighborhood. The Morningside-Lenox Park Association (MLPA) has a master plan that most developers do not follow. This needs to stop.
Action: Please help and communicate your disapproval of yet another developer not following the MLPA Master Plan.
